Last Friday, my wife and I successfully closed on our new home at Lakewood Ranch with the extraordinary help of one of your brokers, Maggie Hastings. We have 2 other homes up north, and have never had the kind of expertise and assistance from a realtor, that we received from Maggie.

From start to finish, Maggie provided a real estate experience that was top notch. She identified our specific requirements, did not waste our time showing us homes that were totally irrelevant to our needs, while at the same time, included properties that gave us fresh perspectives to assist us with refining our housing needs.

Maggie went above and beyond any service we expected, answering our never ending emails with answers and follow-up, always within hours and sometimes minutes of our inquiries. Her thoroughness earned our immense respect, and she adjusted her schedule to always accommodate our limited availability while house hunting.
